Hue: «The Imperial City»

Hue is a city located about an hour and a half flying from Hanoi, Vietnam. For us, Hue served as a city of passage between Hanoi and Hoi An and is an ideal city to visit for a day or two, but not to dedicate more time and Hoi An will be waiting a couple of hours by bus or car.

Hué Bridge:

Hué is situated on both banks of the Huong river, the old part is on one side and the new in the other. The Perfume River in Hue step has a width very considerable and can only be crossed by several bridges. One is metal and at night the colors that illuminate the bridge are changing making you think the visitor is in a bridge club where the music are the horns of cars and motorcycles that you forward. Varanasi – «City of Death»

There is a place in India at all ardent devotees of Hinduism in its many manifestations come to celebrate the end of his life. Called Varanasi (Sanskrit, Varanasi) and is at the confluence of the rivers Varuna and Asi, along the sacred Ganges.

At the site there are hundreds of sadhus (Hindu priests), sick and elderly who are on the last leg of its existence that sojourn in the same direction, to make their final prayers and ablutions in the sacred waters of Mother Ganga, between cows , buffalo, dogs, goats, monkeys, fishermen, women doing laundry and children laughing and playing happily while bathing in the river, apparently oblivious to everything going on around them. The magic of San Juan Chamula

In the state of Chiapas, with more than 2200 meters high and only a dozen kilometers from San Cristobal de las Casas, is the municipality of San Juan Chamula. The people of San Juan Chamula are the descendants of the Mayas, and still retain their original language, Tzotzil. Note that in Chiapas, many Indians still live maintaining the traditions and culture that has been passed from generation to generation.

Peru, the great unknown

In this vast terrain is the largest canyon in the world, created the largest river in the world geography and the only living species of pink dolphin known to marine biologists. Peru and the lost civilization of the Incas are still a big unknown for the vast majority of tourists. Today we begin this series with one of the treasures hidden in this amazing country: Iquitos, capital of the Peruvian Amazon.
