Vietnam: The routes

Ho Chi Minh route was used by the Viet Minh in their struggle for independence from France, and was later reopened by North Vietnam to supply the Vietcong during the Vietnam War.

It was a complex maze of trails maintained by local people and traveled north to the south Asian country, often by the thick jungle of Laotian territory. Today the route to a little shifted towards the east, is one of the best ways to learn about Vietnam, a country of immense beauty and inhabited by people very sociable. (más…)

Samarkand – Uzbekistan

The Silk Road was a bustling trade route that vertebrate desolate expanses of Central Asia for centuries, until the opening of navigation was reliable down the carriage of goods by land. At the heart of those roads was the legendary city of Samarkand, the core of the most beautiful architectural expressions of what is now Uzbekistan.

Central Asia is the area farthest from any ocean. This is a vast region dominated by a vast nature of categories covered by myriad traditions, its mountains higher than 4000 meters of altitude deserts and offering an endless palette of variegated colors. (más…)

Chidambaram, Thanjavur and Trichy in India

Chidambaram:
The town of Chidambaram is situated in the central part of the state of Tamil Nadu, South India. The city is on the Thanjavur-Chennai route.

Chidambaram (also Thillai) literally means the sky permeated by an atmosphere of intelligence and wisdom.
The golden hall of dance was built and covered with plates of gold by Jatavarman Sundroid Pandya (years 1251-1272). I was very proud of his achievement, and as such assumed the title of Raja Hemchandandana (literally the king who covered the temple with gold). (más…)

Kuwait: The pearl of Arabian

Kuwait is a state of Asia in the northern Arabian peninsula on the coast of the Persian Gulf, southern Iraq. Its territory is completely deserted. The weather is very hot, with very little rainfall. The archipelago has around 3400 islands, including Hokkaido and Kyushu Handoikoku are most important. The topography is mountainous and volcanic, dominated by so-called Japanese Alps. As 85% of land are uninhabitable and rugged mountains, 40% of the population is concentrated in only 1% of the territory, in the narrow plains along the Pacific coast. There, the population densities are always higher than 1000 inhabitants per km2. The climate is subtropical in the south, temperate in the middle and cold in the north. Situated at the meeting point of two currents, one hot and one cold, the seas of Japan are conducive to fishing, one of the foundations of its economy. Practiced intensive and mechanized agriculture in the coastal plains and the main crops are rice, soybeans and legumes. Excessive use of fishery resources and agriculture is leading to their extinction. Mineral resources are available to small. Highly industrialized country has a huge foreign trade. Industrial products exports and imports large quantities of raw materials. Especially in Tokyo, Osaka and Yokohama. (más…)

While we can read about peoples, places and cultures, the experience of physically being there can not be matched by the experience of reading along. India is among the most colorful nations of the world and boasts of a rich history, culture and heritage. To get the most of your trip to India, it would be a good idea to equip yourself with useful information before you set out for a journey of a lifetime.

However, there has been a linkage to the stories in the past worthy of recall regarding the progress, belief, faith, love, distress which was transformed into story via architecture work in variety forms.
