The city of Madrid is a place where art abounds among other things its monuments. Thousands of visitors to Madrid come to know that aspect of the city, because Madrid is synonymous with art. The Royal Palace of El Pardo:
The Royal Palace of El Pardo is one of the residences of the Spanish Royal Family. Its main use today is to accommodate foreign heads of state on official visit to Spain. Museums in Madrid:

The Museo del Prado is one of the most visited museums in the world and one of the most prestigious. Reina Sofia Museum:
The National Museum Reina Sofia Art Centre (MNCARS) is the Museum of Contemporary Art in Madrid. It is a complex composed of a headquarters in Santa Isabel, 52 and two complementary areas: the Palacio de Velázquez and the Palacio de Cristal, both in the Parque Del Retiro.
On September 10, 1992 Their Majesties King D. Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia inaugurated the permanent collection of the National Museum Reina Sofia Art Center, which until now had received only temporary exhibitions. Teatro Real:
The Teatro Real de Madrid is the theater of operations in the capital of Spain. Opened in 1850 during the reign of Isaba. Caixa Forum:
The Caixa Forum is a modern cultural center located in the center of the cultural district of the city of Madrid, facing the Prado Museum and very close to Reina Sofia Museum.
