Isla de Pascua was created by the successive emergence of three volcanoes, which constitute a huge stress on submarine platform.

Isla de Pascua- Nature Tour
Isla de Pascua or Rapa Nui, the most isolated island on the planet, is located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, 3,000 km from the Chilean coast. The island was discovered in 1772 by the Dutch admiral Jacob Roggeven; Chile took possession of the island in September 1888 by Captain Policarpo Toro. Currently has a population of 2764 inhabitants, most of them of Polynesian origin.

Day 1
Santiago – Isla de Pascua
Transfer to the airport to board the plane to Isla de Pascua(3 1 / 2 hours). On arrival we received by our local guides and a few minutes’ walk to the town of Hanga Roa. In the afternoon reviewing the itinerary for the following days.
Day 2
Rano Kau – Orongo – Vinapu
We began our early morning tour of the island. Our first stop is Tahai and cave petroglyphs. Later we drive to the Rano Kau volcano, the largest of the island which is now a huge crater lake. In this place will get an exceptional view of three small island nearby Nui, Motu and Kao-Kao where the ritual of the male bird was carried out. Here also the ruins of the village of Orongo. The tour continues until Vinapu through Vahi A Tare. Vinapu found in the Ahu Tahira, a rectangular stone platform where the moai were erected.
Day 3
Rano Raraku
Today we visit the crater of the volcano Rano Raraku. This is one of the most impressive of the island. This is where the Moais were carved into the volcanic rock of the slopes of the volcano, about 150 figures are still here, in various states of completion. We continue our tour after a visit to Ahu Moais 15.
Day 4
Ahu Akivi
Visit the ceremonial center where Ahu Akivi impressive 7 moais. In the vicinity there are several volcanic caves to explore.
Day 5
Poike – Ovahe – Anakena
This day we started our tour by visiting Poike, one of Ahu Moais different from everyone we’ve seen before. Then drove to the cave of the virgin, to finish later in the beach Ovahe, a small bay where we spend a few hours bañándonos and relaxed. Later we visit the beach of Anakena, the legendary place of Hotu Matua, the founder of the island.
Day 6
Isla de Pascua- Santiago
The morning will be free to relax. In the afternoon take a flight back to Santiago, good luck!
