The City of Albarracin is now regarded as one of historic more complex and interesting art of Spain. Because it was declared a national monument in 1961 and, currently, the proposal by UNESCO to declare Monument of Worldwide Interest.

Gastronomy:
The gastronomy albarracinense «as the mountain is composed of main courses that help to withstand the cold of these lands. Nature:
